What attitude is it you have
if you should live so long
as to see tomorrow’s sunrise
is it right is it wrong

on your perspective of your life
is there worthiness there
or do you feel so miserable
that life is all unfair

always finding fault with someone
or something’s made you mad
one’s attitude shall set the pace
for moods both good and bad

but when God comes and dwells within
a heart is set aright
making room for development
reflecting God’s own light

as He will take one by the hand
and show one how to live
by growing in the grace of God
abundant life He gives

because love can improve the soul
attitudes come in line
with the same thoughts God is thinking
renewal of the mind

with all the bad days one must face
there is one thing for sure
that Jesus Christ shows His presence
with grace that can restore
